According to the new Chelsea boss, the Argentine's time at Stamford Bridge appears to be coming to an end
Alejandro Garnacho's days at Stamford Bridge are numbered, judging by Xabi Alonso's words.
The new Chelsea manager addressed the media for the first time, and one of the questions concerned the Argentine's fate at the club.
The Spaniard's response was somewhat ambiguous, but it hinted at a grim scenario for the forward.
"The situation is we have spoken with the sports directors, and there’s an interest in him from other clubs. So let’s see how it develops, but hopefully it finishes in the best possible way for all parties," he said via The Telegraph.

Therefore, Garnacho is likely to leave and change not only the club but probably the league as well, with Serie A sides AS Roma and Napoli currently showing the strongest interest.
On the other hand, Chelsea might part ways with the 22-year-old, but not under the conditions they had in mind.
The asking price of around €50 million they are reportedly demanding is simply too high - especially considering Garnacho's dip in form - so a loan deal with an option to buy could prove to be the most realistic solution for the Blues.
