The club official spoke following speculation that a good number of their top players want out
Shabana FC Secretary General Elizaphan Kerama has moved to quell growing speculation surrounding the club's transfer activity, assuring supporters that the vast majority of last season's squad will remain at the club despite persistent rumours linking several stars with exits ahead of 2026-27 season.
The Glamour Boys have maintained a low profile in the ongoing transfer window with neither new signings nor player departures officially confirmed.

The silence has sparked anxiety among the club's faithful, as reports continue to circulate over the futures of some of Shabana's most influential players.
Among those linked with moves away are reigning FKF Premier League 'Golden Glove' winner Stephen Ochieng, attacking duo Brian Michira and Kevin Omundi, as well as winger Ezekiel Omuri, with Tusker FC and KCB FC reportedly monitoring some of the players.
However, Kerama has dismissed the reports as unfounded, insisting the club has not sanctioned the departure of any of its key players.
Speaking to Sporty FM, the club official termed the reports "false and baseless," adding that misinformation surrounding the club's transfer business had created unnecessary panic among supporters.
"There has been speculation about the club's transfer business, with bloggers putting out information that is simply not true. As the secretary of the club, I am in possession of all the relevant information. As far as I am concerned, only one player has left, although we are yet to clear him on the system," said Kerama.
His comments come after dependable defender Wycliffe Omondi sealed a move defender-promoted Nairobi United, while midfielder Gilbert Abala has also reportedly parted ways with the Kisii-based outfit.
Kerama further revealed that the club intends to retain more than 90 percent of the players who featured regularly during the 2025-2026 campaign while adding quality reinforcements in selected positions.
"The rest of the squad is intact. I want to assure our fans that we will retain the core of the team, over 90 percent of the players who played regularly last season—because we know what they are capable of. We cannot just let them go. Instead, we will reinforce the areas that need strengthening."
With the club determined to maintain continuity, Shabana will be hoping to build on last season's encouraging campaign and mount an even stronger challenge for domestic honours as they seek to end their long wait for FKF Premier League silverware.
