The triumph marked their latest piece of silverware in a season where they reached every Cup final, becoming the first team to achieve the feat since 2016.
The result also means that the Bankers have defeated Kabras RFC in every meeting in this year's circuit.
This was the first Dala 7s final meeting between the two sides since 2023.
Kabras, who last played in the final in 2024, came into the contest seeking to become the first side to defend the crown since Homeboyz did it in 2017.
KCB, on the other hand, were determined to round off their consistent campaign with another title.
KCB started brightly when Samuel Asati dived over, with Stephen Osumba converting for a 7-0 lead.
Kabras hit back just before halftime through Rayvone Ambale, but Eric Cantona's conversion did not bear fruit.
After the restart, Floyd Wabwire’s unconverted try extended KCB’s lead to 12-5.
The Bankers’ defensive discipline then came to the fore as they shut out Kabras to secure the Dala crown.
