The sponsorship will support the organisation and delivery of the tournament, which will kick off the six-leg circuit at Nakuru Athletic Club on Saturday, 25 to Sunday, 26 July, under the stewardship of Nakuru Rugby Football Club.
Beyond the financial support, Tusker will also host the tournament's official after-parties on both days, continuing a tradition that has become a key attraction for fans attending the Prinsloo Sevens.
Tusker Sports Brand Manager Keza Mpyisi said the partnership reflects the brewer's continued investment in local sport through the Tusker Na Rugby campaign.
"Rugby has built one of the most passionate sporting communities in Kenya, and the National Sevens Circuit continues to showcase the very best of local talent while bringing fans together across the country.
Through our Tusker Na Rugby campaign, we are proud to support platforms that celebrate Kenyan excellence and create memorable experiences for fans. Prinsloo Sevens is a fitting stage to begin this journey, and we look forward to an exciting circuit ahead."
Prinsloo Sevens Tournament Director Edward Moseti welcomed the sponsorship, saying it would help deliver another successful edition of the tournament while enhancing the fan experience.
"Tusker has been a valued partner of the Prinsloo Sevens over the years, and we are delighted to have them back as we launch another exciting National Sevens Circuit season.
Their support enables us to deliver a world-class tournament for players and fans alike while contributing to the continued growth of rugby in Kenya."
The 2026 National Sevens Circuit will run from Saturday, 25 July, to Sunday, 13 September, featuring six tournaments contested by the country's leading men's and women's rugby clubs.
Defending champions KCB Rugby will begin the campaign as favourites after dominating the 2025 season, collecting a record 126 points and winning four of the six legs. However, they are expected to face stiff competition from Strathmore Leos, Kabras Sugar, Menengai Oilers and Kenya Harlequin.
Following the Prinsloo Sevens in Nakuru, the circuit moves to the Dala Sevens in Kisumu on Saturday, 1 to Sunday, 2 August, before heading to Nairobi for the Kabeberi Sevens on Saturday, 15 to Sunday, 16 August.
The fourth leg will be the Driftwood Sevens in Mombasa on Saturday, 22 to Sunday, 23 August, followed by the Embu Sevens on Saturday, 5 to Sunday, 6 September, before the season concludes with the Christie Sevens in Nairobi on Saturday, 12 to Sunday, 13 September.
