The 19-year-old, who joined AIK from Kariobangi Sharks in the summer of August 2024, will now have the opportunity to gain valuable senior minutes as Enköpings SK strengthens their midfield in a battle to avoid relegation.

This loan benefits everyone,” said AIK’s head of recruitment, Fredrik Wisur Hansen.

"Stanley will develop, Enköpings will get a player who can make a difference, and we will welcome back a more experienced player ready to fight for a starting spot in 2026.”

Enköpings sporting director Pelle Johansson welcomed the move as he said;

"We’re delighted to have Stanley join us this autumn. He will help boost our survival hopes in Ettan and will flourish playing senior football.”

Wilson described himself as an ambitious and driven individual, expressing his excitement at joining the second-tier side.

"I’m really happy to be here. It feels like a good place for me to develop. My goal is to perform well here, return to AIK next season, and continue growing as a player.”

Born and raised in a family of eight siblings, Wilson is also an Arsenal supporter and dreams of one day wearing the Gunners’ shirt, but first, he says, “I must deliver here and later at AIK.”

Wilson watched Enköpings’ recent match against Karlberg and said he was impressed with what he saw.

Enköping played a good match, and it will be fun to contribute what I can.”

Since joining AIK in 2024, Wilson has made just two senior appearances, accumulating 59 minutes of game time.

His rise to prominence began when he received a Harambee Stars call-up in September 2023 at just 17 years old under Turkish head coach Engin Firat.

He was on the bench against South Sudan and later featured in the 2024 COSAFA Cup, making his senior debut against Union Comoros.

Wilson’s journey with AIK started with a trial during their Marbella, Spain training camp in early 2024, where he played a friendly against FK TSC Backa Topola and later scored for AIK’s P19 side against Hammarby.

The loan spell at Enköpings SK is expected to offer him the platform to turn potential into consistent performances as he looks ahead to a bright future in European football.
