Spain started the tournament with a 53-0 convincing win over Hong Kong China as Kenya lost 34-25 against Samoa in Group B.
Kenya will be looking to put Spain under pressure when the two sides face off in Pool B action at the World Rugby U20 Trophy in Nairobi on Thursday afternoon.
While Spain started the tournament with a 53-0 convincing win over Hong Kong China, Kenya lost 34-25 in their opener against Samoa in Group B, leaving Chipu needing a win to have any hopes of making the playoff matches.
As a result, head coach Curtis Olago has made six changes to the side that started the defeat to Samoa on Saturday, handing a first tournament appearance to James Olela who slots in at fullback as George Otieno and Mike Oduor are started in the front row.
