You want Pep's whistle? Say no more - splash KSh40,000 and it's yours

Manchester City fans can now own a genuine piece of Pep Guardiola history.

The Premier League giants have put a collection of items used by their legendary former manager up for auction, allowing supporters to bid on memorabilia from the Spaniard's unforgettable 10-year reign at the Etihad Stadium.

The collection ranges from the unusual to the priceless. Leading the auction is a special football commemorating Erling Haaland becoming the fastest player to reach 100 Premier League goals. Signed by the Norwegian striker, the ball had attracted a highest bid of £2,970 (about KSh 520,000) as of Monday evening.

According to MatchWornShirt, only three of these balls were ever produced. One remains in Manchester City's archives, another belongs to Haaland himself, while the third is now available to collectors.

Supporters can also bid on Guardiola's personal training whistle, which has reached £230 (around KSh40,000), while his office chair has already climbed to more than £500 (about KSh88,000).

Also included in the sale are the 55-year-old's coffee cups, his incense collection, training pitch pads filled with handwritten tactical notes and even a training ground sign bearing Guardiola's initials.

Anyone hoping to unlock the secrets behind one of football's greatest tactical minds, however, may first have to decipher Guardiola's famously difficult handwriting. All items will remain on sale until 3 pm on Sunday, July 26.

Pep left Manchester City at the end of the 2025-26 season despite still having one year remaining on his contract, bringing the curtain down on one of the most successful managerial spells in football history.
