KCB RFC 38-20 Menengai Oilers

KCB RFC handed Menengai Oilers a 38-20 beating at the Ruaraka Grounds in Nairobi.

This was the 10th Kenya Cup meeting between the two sides. This season, KCB RFC have only lost a match, against Kabras RFC while Menengai Oilers suffered their third defeat of the season. They previously lost to Strathmore Leos and Blak Blad.

The last semifinal pitting the two sides saw Menengai Oilers win 24-17 following Geoffrey Omonde's kicking masterclass. This time however, the Oilers were off to a frustrating season finish.

Kabras RFC 22-8 Kenya Harlequins

The Sugarmen have reached this stage without tasting a loss, and their recent win was a major boost to coach Carlos Katywa.

Kabras RFC managed five-pointers through the boots of Alfred Orege, Jeanson Musoga, Hillary Odhiambo, Dominic Osino.

Their opponents Kenya Harlequins on the other hand managed only a converted try.

The Quins will lock horns with Menengai Oilers in the playoffs while Kabras RFC welcome KCB RFC in Kakamega Showground for the final match of the season.
