KCB stormed into the Enterprise Cup semifinals after flooring Northern Suburbs 67-5 on Saturday 27 at the Ruaraka Grounds.
The bankers had defeated Catholic Monks 70-3 in the round of 16 match last weekend.
The Suburbs were the only Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) Nationwide side in this year's Enterprise Cup quarterfinals.
Elsewhere in Ngong Road, Nondies booked their semi-final slot after defeating the University of Nairobi's (UoN) Mean Machine 12-3 at the Impala Club.
Nondies reached this stage without breaking sweat following a walkover from Mount Kenya University (MKU) Thika.
Machine, on the other hand, defeated their fellow students Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Cougars 20-17 to proceed to the quarterfinal.
The tough game saw Ian Mabwa manage the first try of the game while the guests.
Mean Machine, responded with a well-converted penalty to change the scores 07-03 as they narrowed the gap.
Nondies, determined to win, secured a second try by Nyaenya Moseti which was widely converted to seal the win 12-03. Nondies joined the Kabras Sugar Rugby who were awarded an early walkover by Strathmore Leos.
The match pitting Blak Blad against Kenya Harlequin did not go on as expected due to the lack of an equipped ambulance.
The ambulance lacked a neck brace which is a requirement in the physical game.
Rugby fans in Kakamega had a boring Saturday after Strathmore Leos dished a walkover to Enterprise Cup defending champions Kabras.
Meanwhile, the Kenya Rugby Union has announced new dates for the Enterprise Cup semi-finals and finals.
While the quarterfinal matches will proceed as planned, the semi-final and final stages have been rescheduled.
The original Enterprise Cup schedule conflicted with the Rugby Super Series set for May 2024, prompting a shift in dates.
The semi-finals will take place on June 1 with the final going down on June 8.
