The quarter finals will be played on Sunday morning
A tough battle awaits on Sunday morning at the Mombasa Sports Club when the 2022 Driftwood 7s enters its business end of action in the coastal city.
After a full round of group matches played on Saturday, the top two teams from each of the four groups successfully booked their place in the last eight of the tournament which is the third outing of the 2022 National Sevens Circuit.
In the mouthwatering draw made after the conclusion of day 1, defending Driftwood champions KCB were paired against a high flying Strathmore Leos in the third quarter final of the day, meaning that one of the two sides will suffer a massive blow in their hopes of extending their lead at the top.
