The Kenya Hockey Union leagues continue this weekend, with all eyes being trained on the National League Men (NLM), Super League Men (SLM) and Super League Women (SLW).

There will be no Premier League matches for both men and women this weekend, as top-flight clubs shift focus to continental duty at the Africa Cup for Club Champions (ACCC), which starts on Saturday.
Despite the absence of Premier League action, the weekend promises competitive encounters, particularly in the men’s Super League, where the battle at the top of the standings is beginning to intensify.
Attention will be firmly on Parkroad Tigers and Parkroad Badgers, as both teams are deeply involved in the promotion race.
Tigers currently sit third on the table with 27 points, just three behind second-placed Greensharks, while Badgers are fourth, level on points but trailing on goal difference.
Parkroad Tigers face Mvita XI on Saturday at the Aryans Ground, a fixture that could prove pivotal in their push to close the gap on the automatic promotion places.
Mvita XI, who also have a busy weekend, will be keen to upset Tigers and improve their mid-table standing.

On Sunday morning, Parkroad Badgers will also be in action against Mvita XI, setting up a demanding weekend for the coastal side and offering Badgers an opportunity to strengthen their promotion credentials.
Elsewhere in the SLM, UoN Men host KU Men at the UoN Grounds, while UoE welcome Nakuru in another fixture with implications for the upper half of the table.
The men’s National League fixtures span both the Central Zone (CZ) and Western Zone (WZ), underlining the geographical depth of the competition.
In the Western Zone, Lakers Hockey Club take on Western Jaguars Development at Maseno University, while Fireflickers face a demanding weekend with back-to-back matches against Kaimosi Friends University, on Saturday, and Western Jaguars Dev on Sunday at the Prisons Ground in Siaya.
Kitale Hockey Club will host Nandi Hawks, with both sides targeting vital points in the mid-table race.
The Central Zone features competitive university and institutional clashes, with Egerton University Sharks hosting JKUAT Men, and Masai Mara facing Thika Rovers before returning on Sunday to play Impala at Maasai Girls High School.
