Ahead of today’s matches, Gor Mahia sit at the summit of the league table with 40 points, four more than their arch-rivals AFC Leopards.

The FKF Premier League Matchday 19 continues today, Sunday, 1 February, with three matches on the cards following four successful fixtures played on Saturday, 31 January.

Shabana will face Bandari FC, Kariobangi Sharks take on Ulinzi Stars, while Murang’a Seal will battle APS Bomet.

Ahead of today’s matches, Gor Mahia sit at the summit of the league table with 40 points, four more than their arch-rivals AFC Leopards.

Five teams, Kakamega Homeboyz, Shabana, Police FC, KCB FC, and Tusker FC, are all tied on 28 points and are separated only by goal difference.

In the relegation zone, Kariobangi Sharks remain bottom of the table with 14 points, the same tally as Sofapaka, while Bidco United sit just above them with 15 points.

Shabana vs Bandari FC

Shabana welcome Bandari FC at Gusii Stadium from 2:00 pm in what is the standout fixture of the day.

The Glamour Boys head into the match with mixed form, having won one, drawn two, and lost one of their last four matches.

The Kisii-based side will be under pressure to bounce back after surrendering a 3–1 lead against 10-man APS Bomet to settle for a 3–3 draw in their previous outing.

Bandari, on the other hand, are ninth on the log with 27 points and come into the match in fine form, having recorded three wins and a draw in their last four games since the return of head coach Bernard Mwalala.

Mwalala will be facing his immediate former club and is expected to receive a warm reception on his first return to Gusii Stadium.

Murang’a Seal vs APS Bomet

In another 2pm kickoff, on-form Murang’a Seal will host APS Bomet at St. Sebastian Park.

Seal head into the clash on an impressive run, having lost just once in their last 13 matches and winning five of their previous six outings.

The Osborne Monday-coached side could move into the top four with a victory over league newcomers APS Bomet.

The law enforcers climbed out of the relegation zone on goal difference after holding Shabana to a draw in their last match.

The Mozzart Bet-sponsored side will be eager to further distance themselves from the drop zone with a positive result against Seal.

Kariobangi Sharks vs Ulinzi Stars

At Kasarani Annex, bottom-placed Kariobangi Sharks will take on military side Ulinzi Stars in the day’s final fixture, also kicking off at 2:00 pm.

Sharks will be desperate for points as they seek to escape the bottom three and end a five-match winless run.

Ulinzi Stars are also struggling for form, having won just one of their last eight matches. Sitting 14th on the log, the 2010 league champions will be aiming to get back to winning ways against Sharks.
