This comes after the 62-year-old was appointed to replace former coach Kühbauer, who crossed over to LASK
Harambee Stars striker Ryan Ogam will play under former RB Leipzig head coach Peter Pacult for at least the rest of the 2025-2026 season, after the 65-year-old was confirmed to lead Austrian side Wolfsberger AC on Monday, 13 October.

Pacult, who is not a new name in the country’s top-tier league (Bundesliga), comes in as a replacement for Dietmar Kühbauer, who last week surprisingly left Wolfsberger for rivals LASK Linz.
The experienced Vienna native is expected to conduct his first training session at the club on Tuesday, 14 October, before taking on his role in readiness for the team’s home league fixture against SV Ried on Saturday, 18 October.
Ogam, who is still out on international duty with the Kenya national football team, will now walk into a fresh environment at his new club later this week, having just arrived late last month.
The 20-year-old, who made his debut for The Wolf Pack as a second-half substitute on Saturday, 4 October, will hope to impress the new man in charge as he bids to make the starting team and fulfil his modest target of 10 goals in his first season at the club.
"Following the surprising departure of Dietmar Kühbauer, an intensive search for a new head coach has been underway in recent days,” club President Dietmar Riegler said on Monday.
“In my opinion, the current situation calls for an experienced coach who is familiar with the Austrian Bundesliga. Therefore, we are very pleased to have found a new coach in Peter Pacult who fully meets this profile."
Pacult, who managed German side RB Leipzig back in 2011 when they played in the Regional League, has managed over 300 games in the Austrian Bundesliga, and in 303 matches has won 124 of them, while drawing 82.
His points-per-game average in the league stands at 1.50, which is just shy of his overall total spanning 629 matches across different countries including Serbia, Germany, Montenegro, Croatia and Slovenia.
His last job was with Austria Klagenfurt, a club he led to its first-ever promotion to the top division in the 2020-2021 season.
Speaking after his appointment on Monday, Pacult, whose preferred formation is 3-5-2 flat, said: "I'm really looking forward to my new role at Wolfsberger AC, and I'd like to thank the president for his trust in me. I can't wait to get to know the team better, and start working on the pitch.”
