The Mozzart Bet-backed side finished tenth in their maiden season at the top tier
APS Bomet head coach Sammy "Pamzo" Omollo has revealed that the club will retain the bulk of the squad that guided the side to an impressive top-half finish in their maiden Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) campaign, with only a few additions expected during the upcoming transfer window.
Bomet exceeded expectations in their debut season in the top flight, finishing tenth after a commendable campaign that saw them hold their own against more established sides.

Their success was largely built on a carefully assembled squad, with the club making several key signings during both the pre-season and mid-season transfer windows.
Speaking to Mozzart Sport, Omollo disclosed that the club has no plans to release any player from the current squad, citing the team's youthful profile, strong chemistry and impressive performances as the reasons behind the decision.
"We are not going to drop any player from the squad. Before we broke for the holidays, we had a sitting with the playing unit and told them we won't drop anyone," said Omollo.
"We have a relatively young squad who have gelled up well and who will be at their best come next season. We want to enhance continuity in the squad."
The experienced tactician believes the players deserve another opportunity to build on the foundation they established during their first season in the league.
"Last season they did so well and I want to keep them around. It will be unfair to drop players after that kind of work done and personally, I am not a coach who likes dropping players," he added.
While retaining the core of the squad remains the club's priority, Omollo acknowledged that reinforcements will be necessary to improve the team's competitiveness next season.
The former Tusker FC title-winning coach, who guided the Brewers to the 2011 league crown, revealed that Bomet will make a maximum of three signings, targeting specific areas identified by the technical bench.
According to the tactician, the club is keen on strengthening the goalkeeping department, defensive unit and attacking line as they seek to build on their promising debut season.
"During the transfer window we are going to do an addition of a maximum of three players to the squad in areas we feel need strengthening," he explained.
Having secured a respectable tenth-place finish in their first-ever top-flight campaign, Bomet will be aiming to make another significant step forward next season as they look to establish themselves among the league's competitive sides.
