Migori Youth returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion, dispatching Luanda Villa 3-0 in a National Super League (NSL) encounter at Mumboha Grounds on Sunday.
Heading into the clash on the back of a disappointing defeat to Mwatate United, a result that had momentarily dented both their title charge and promotion push, Migori approached the fixture with renewed urgency, knowing that nothing short of victory would steady their course.

For Luanda Villa, perched precariously above the relegation zone, the contest presented a crucial opportunity to strengthen their survival bid.
The match burst into life at a high tempo, with the hosts eager to assert early dominance.
Luanda Villa carved out the first meaningful opportunity through Wycliffe Jaoko, but his effort was expertly cut out by the alert Vincent Wanga.
Migori, however, soon grew into the contest and began dictating proceedings.
Their breakthrough arrived at the quarter-hour mark when Noah Jagango opened the scoring in spectacular fashion.
