The Bankers confirmed the arrival of the combative midfielder in a statement, making him the club's second signing of the ongoing transfer window.
In the announcement, KCB disclosed that the experienced midfielder has signed a two-year contract that will keep him at the club until the end of the 2028/29 season.
"Welcome to the Lions' Den, Fidel. The defensive midfielder has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with the club," KCB announced.
Origa joins the Bankers from Gor Mahia after parting ways with the record league champions by mutual consent, bringing to an end his stay at K'Ogalo after just one season despite having initially signed a two-year contract.
The midfielder arrives at KCB with a wealth of top-flight experience, having established himself as one of the league's most reliable defensive midfielders through spells at Kariobangi Sharks, Wazito FC and Bandari before sealing his move to Gor Mahia.
Known for his ball-winning ability and tactical awareness in possession, Origa is expected to add stability and experience to Robert Matano's midfield as the veteran tactician continues reshaping his squad ahead of the new campaign.
The midfielder also brings a winning pedigree, having played a role in Gor Mahia's record-extending 22nd title, which KCB will hope proves vital as they seek to compete for major honours.
Origa now becomes KCB's second marquee acquisition following the arrival of the league's reigning Defender of the Aeason, Jimmy Owili, from Mara Sugar FC.
The two signings underline the Bankers' intent to assemble a competitive squad capable of challenging the league's established giants.
The latest additions form part of KCB's wider rebuilding process under Matano as the club looks to bounce back from a below-par campaign last season.
With quality reinforcements across key positions expected to continue before the window shuts, the Bankers will be aiming to mount a serious challenge for their maiden league title, a trophy that has eluded them since earning promotion to the top flight in 1998.
