Relegation threatened Kajiado FC are the biggest casualties of indiscipline heading to the weekend, with two players set to miss in action
Five players have been suspended as the National Super League (NSL) enters round 21 on Saturday 2 and Sunday third across different venues in the country.
Relegation threatened Kajiado FC are the biggest casualties of indiscipline heading to the weekend, with two players set to miss in action.
Peter Wafula and Serge Expedit will miss their must win clash against Silibwet Leons set for Ildamat Stadium on Saturday after picking a red card in the club's 2-1 defeat to Mara Sugar.
The duo sat out of the team's emphatic 4-1 victory over Mombasa Stars and watched from the stands as Rainbow thrashed them 4-2 at Mpesa Foundation.
Former Bidco United talisman and on song Henry Omolo will be out on Sunday when Nairobi United takes on Mulembe United at Mumias Sports Complex after accumulating five yellow cards.
It comes as a blow to the promotion chasing Naiboi's with the forward netting five times in the last seven appearances for the club.
Omolo rescued a point for Edwin Maura's charges against Dimba Patriots while appending his name on the scoresheet against SS Assad, Rainbow, Kajiado and MCF FC.
Omolo is second on top scorers chart with ten goals in 15 games.
Mombasa Stars' forward Brian Muraya will see off his three match suspension when the team travels to Mully Children Family FC (MCF) on Sunday.
Muraya has been instrumental for Mohammed Madaga's troop this term finding the back of the net four times and assisting thrice.
However, he will have to battle Joel Kihara and Alvin Ngoto for a starting berth.
Rainbow's Alfani Kateti will miss the Vihiga Bullets match as the team hunts for a fourth consecutive win for the first time since promotion to the second tier.
Kateti accumulated five cards.
