Car wash attendant becomes latest Omoka na Moti winner

The 23-year-old car wash attendant from Ruaraka correctly predicted seven games on Thursday 2nd December that had combined odds of 2210 fetching him Ksh. 88,000 on top of the car to become the second winner in the ongoing promotion.

Luchesi revealed that when he placed the bet he failed to follow up on the games and had to pick his jaws from the floor when he received news of winning the brand new Proton Saga.

“This was pure luck and I thank God for winning the car, it was a very big surprise, nobody knows about this even my girlfriend still doesn’t know but I plan on surprising her with the news,”

“Before I got the call, I spoke to my mother and I assured her that I would send her some cash. Then a few minutes later I got a call from Mozzart Bet informing me of the news, I didn't even tell anyone because I was in shock,” explained Luchesi.

Aside from working in a car wash, he also supplements his income with a number of odd jobs such as assisting his cousin who runs a kiosk in the slums of Mathare.

The ardent Chelsea and Kakamega Homeboyz fan is yet to join University after clearing High School back in 2018 but has added acquiring a degree in Urban and Physical planning as part of his 2022 new year resolution.

Luchesi learned about the Omoka na Moti promotion while watching Tales of Crazy Kennar on YouTube with the advert popping thrice and he decided to log onto Mozzart Bet to get more information.

Asked about his betting secret, the punter revealed that consistency is the name of the game as he has been betting for three years.

“I’ve been betting since 2018 so I know most teams that I bet on because I usually bet continuously, I cannot really remember my biggest win prior to this because I had won many and also lost on a number of occasions,”

How to participate

1. Promotion duration: from 1.12.2021 (00:01 h) to 31.12.2021 (23:59 h)

2. The beginning of all sports events on the ticket must not be earlier than 00:01, December 1st, 2021. Otherwise, the ticket is not taken into account. I.e., it does not meet the conditions for participation in the promotion.

3. All bet slips must be from that promotional day. The beginning of the last sports event that is on the bet slip must be no later than 11:59 PM on the day when the bet slip was played. Bet slips that have matches from several promotional days are not included in the promotion.

4. DAILY PRIZE: The winner of the daily prize i.e. the car, is one participant daily who will have won a multi-bet with the highest total winning odds for that day of December, during the promotion. This means the multi-bet must be won in-order to qualify for the promotion.

5. GRAND PRIZE: On top of the CAR, at the end of December 2021, Mozzart bet will also reward only 1 out of the 31 winners who will have attained the highest total winning odds (best winning ticket out of the 31) with an Apartment in Nairobi.

6. Place a multi-bet of a minimum 4 games.

7. The minimum stake on your Multi-bet must be Ksh 50.

8. If a sporting event in your multi-bet is canceled for any reason, odds of 1 are calculated for that event, but the multi-bet still participates in the prize game, but that sporting event is not taken into account for calculation.

9. In the event that the kick-off of a sporting event is postponed, the ticket still participates in the promotion, but will wait a maximum of 50 hours to confirm the outcome of the event.

10. In case that two or more participants have same total winning odds, the participant who paid the multi-bet first, has the advantage.

11. All events on the Bet-slip must be sports events (results of individual or group sports events, a certain event during a sports competition, etc.)

12. Live Bet tickets, Jackpot tickets, my number, Lucky super 6 and Virtual tickets do not qualify.

13. One customer can only win one daily prize during the promotion and will be in consideration for the grand prize also.

14. Each player can play an unlimited number of tickets during the period of promotion.
