In a statement released via the club’s official communication channels, Ingwe announced that the real estate firm has come on board as a partner in a deal that underscores the growing commercial appeal of the club.
While the full duration and broader scope of the agreement remain undisclosed, the immediate impact has already been felt, with Wonder Properties Kenya committing KSh 250,000 for advertising space on pitch-side boards during Sunday’s high-stakes derby clash.
The partnership marks a significant off-the-pitch milestone for AFC Leopards, who continue to position themselves as an attractive brand for corporate investment.

Beyond the financial injection, the timing of the deal could prove crucial as Leopards gear up for a defining encounter against their arch-rivals.
The Mashemeji Derby, widely regarded as the fiercest fixture in Kenyan football, carries immense sporting and cultural significance, often shaping the narrative of the league season.
Heading into the 99th edition, Ingwe will draw confidence from their narrow 1-0 victory in the first leg, where Julius Masaba’s decisive strike handed them bragging rights.
That result not only ended a difficult run against their rivals but also reignited belief within the squad and among supporters.
Now, with history within touching distance, AFC Leopards are chasing a rare and symbolic achievement , completing a league double over Gor Mahia for the first time in nearly three decades.
The last time Ingwe managed such a feat dates back to 1999, underlining the magnitude of what is at stake on Sunday, 26 April.
Victory would carry implications far beyond local rivalry.
A win would see Leopards draw level on points with Gor Mahia at the summit of the table, significantly boosting their title credentials.
For a club that has endured a 28-year wait for the league crown, such a result could represent a turning point in their long pursuit of domestic glory.
