The two teams meet in the 2022 cup final after failing to meet in the Kenya Cup decider

We may not have had it in the 2021/2022 Kenya Cup season, but we have definitely got it in the 2022 knockout Enterprise Cup competition.

Kabras Sugar RFC and KCB RFC, the two fierce rivals on the land, will battle for glory when they meet up in the cup decider that is set to be played be next weekend to determine who walks away with the 2022 Enterprise Cup.

Jerome Muller’s Kabras have a chance of completing the double this season as they pipped Menengai Oilers in the final to clinch the Kenya Cup title – only the second in their history.

The sugar millers also have a sizeable task at hand to complete as they are the reigning Enterprise Cup Champions, meaning they will have to beat a hurting KCB if they are to defend their crown.

On the other hand, Curtis Olago’s KCB go into the clash facing the possible risk of finishing a complete season without a trophy to their name for the very first time since 2017. The Bankers were denied an opportunity to defend their Kenya Cup title in the concluded season as they were knocked out by Menengai Oilers in the league semifinals.

To book their place in the finale, Kabras breezed their way past Homeboyz as they won 37-11 in the encounter played at ASK Showground in Kakamega.

On the other hand, KCB just managed to book their place in the final match after overcoming a spirited Resolution Impala Saracens in an epic showdown staged at the Impala Grounds on Saturday afternoon, the powerhouse winning by just two points in the closely contested 18-20 victory.

Who will it be? Tang Tang or Kang Kang?
