With the defeat, Kabras are knocked out of main cup contention as they have lost 2/2 games. KCB advance to the quarters alongside MMUST#Kabeberi7s
Their path out of main cup contention had begun in the opening match when varsity side Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) stunned them 12-17 in their opening group match.
With the two losses, Kabras were left with only 2 points which meant they could not brigde the point gap between them, the Bankers and MMUST who won their two opening games to book their place in the quarter finals.
KCB had picked a 33-14 win over Western Bulls in the first match while MMUST picked up a 19-5 win over Bulls as well.
