Impala Saracens return as Prinsloo 7s Division II pools are released

Six women's teams will participate.

With everything to play for and pride to uphold, there should be no shortage of drama this weekend as teams gather together for the 2023 Prinsloo 7s.

All roads will head to the famous Nakuru Athletic Club from 5-6 August in what will be a nerve-wracking weekend as the National 7s Circuit returns after a three-week hiatus.

The pools for the Division II as well as the women's tournament have been announced.

Kabarak University have been placed in Pool A alongside PUEA, Embu, and Siaya.

Pool B will see Division II log leaders University of Eldoret Trojans lock horns with NYS Spades, TUM Marines, and Machakos University.

In Pool C, Stallions, KCA Sparxx, Sigalagala, and Impala Saracens will face off. Impala will be making their maiden appearance in the 2023 National 7s Circuit, and they will be keen to impress.

Pool D features Makueni, Northern Suburbs, Molo, and Kifaru RFC.

Pool E consists of Nanyuki Jackals, Meru, Moi University, and Egerton Wasps.

Finally, in Pool F, Oscar Okaron's AP Warriors will compete against Kenya Prisons, Stormers, and JKUAT Cougars.

 Women's tournament pools

Pools for the Prinsloo 7s Women's Tournament have been announced ahead of the tournament set to kick off on Saturday.

Six women's teams will participate.

In Pool A, fans will witness intense matches featuring Women's Kenya Cup defending champions Mwamba RFC, Western Spears, and Moi University.

Pool B promises thrilling battles between Yamanashi Impala, NYS Spades, and Nakuru going head-to-head.
