Egyptian side Zamalek and Swehly of Libya are interested in the services of the Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) 2019 best attacker Mogeni while Kelibia of Tunisia, home to another Kenyan Abiud Chirchir, have expressed interest in libero Juma, who was also voted the best libero at the conclusion of the 2019 season.
KPA head coach Sammy Mulinge has, however, advised the duo to take their before settling for their next home as their development as players is of more importance than any other carrot the clubs might dangle.

"Their performance was out there for all to see in Tunisia and they were instrumental in our run. While the said clubs and others not mentioned have expressed interest, I have advised them to consider the competitiveness of the leagues teams they sign for are playing in. Playing in highly competitive leagues like the Tunisian one will help them grow as the competition will keep pushing them to get better in their game. Playing in a league or club where you're the go-to player can slow down a player's growth," Mulinge expressed.
Mogeni recently completed a six-month contract with Swedish side Sodertelge. On his return, Mogeni revealed that Sodertelgeto were keen to renew his contract.
"He (Mogeni) is yet to realise his full potential and a new challenge will do him a lot of good. He still has room to get better as a player. As for Juma, he is one of the most experienced players currently in the KPA squad and he has proven that he can play with the best in the continent. Such a move would make him even better," Mulinge added.
