Kenya Breweries Limited through its brand Whitecap announced its involvement in the event, extending its partnership for the third year in a row and will be hoping for a similar impact as the previous years as it continues to prioritise its primary messaging on responsible drinking within motorsport.
In addition, the brand will be sponsoring the two competing teams Bushbabes and Team Hippo.
The landmark event hosted by the Rhino Ark Kenya Charitable Trust aims at raising awareness and sensitization towards the conservation and protection of Kenya’s mountain range ecosystems popularly known as the “Water Towers”.
“Preparations for this year's event are nearly complete. As the event draws close, we expect another great outing for both participants and fans to one of Kenya's most spectacular places,” chairman and lerk of Rhino Charge Don White said.
Speaking on its involvement, Brand Manager, KBL Prudence Mukami endorsed the role Rhino Ark Charity had in the sensitization of Kenyan environmental conservation through the competition.
“As Kenya Breweries, we are extremely excited to be part of the Rhino Charge competition for the third year running. We have and continue to prioritise sustainable behaviour within all our interactions and partnering with organisations like Rhino Ark Charity will ensure more sensitisation and prioritising of this critical agenda throughout our audiences,” Mukami offered.
KBL through its beer brand Whitecap has been actively involved in motorsport for the past three years in various motorsport fronts including the Kenya National Rally Championship, East African Classic Rally, Lionesses Rally among others.
