In an update shared on their official social media platforms, the reigning FKF Premier League champions revealed that ticket prices have been adjusted to allow more fans to attend and rally behind the team in this crucial continental assignment.

Under the new pricing structure, Very Very Important Person (VVIP) tickets will now retail at Ksh1,500, down from Ksh3,000. Very Important Person (VIP) tickets have been reduced from Ksh1,000 to Ksh800, while regular tickets remain unchanged at Ksh300.

“We’ve adjusted our ticket prices to make sure every fan can be part of the action this Friday at Nyayo Stadium,” the club posted.

The move is seen as a strategic gesture by the club’s management to create an electrifying home atmosphere as they seek to make history by becoming the first Kenyan club to ever qualify for the group stages of the CAF Champions League.

Police progressed to the second preliminary round after edging out Mogadishu City on the away goals rule.

The Law Enforcers won 3-1 away at Nyayo National Stadium with Somalia lacking a CAF-approved stadium before falling 2-0 at the same venue in the return leg, but their superior away goal tally saw them advance to the second preliminary round.

Their opponents, Al Hilal, narrowly progressed after a hard-fought 1–0 aggregate win over South Sudan’s Jamus FC after a goalless draw at Juba National Stadium a fortnight ago.

Coach Etienne Ndayiragije’s charges will be banking on the passionate home support to gain a first-leg advantage before travelling to Omdurman for the decisive return fixture on Friday,24 October.

Police will be seeking to win the two-legged fixtures, and should they register a win, they will secure a group stage slot, a feat that has eluded Kenyan clubs since the Confederation of African Football (CAF) introduced it in 1997.
