Gaspar Biasin, a player in the seventh tier of Argentine football, scored a mouthwatering goal after a sensational slalom

La zurda.

Roughly translated from Spanish, it means left-handed, left-footed. But in Argentina, it's much more than that - a part of footballing identity, a connection with the glorious past and an acknowledgement of class on the pitch.

Diego Maradona was the first to stun the planet with his out-of-this-world left, and then - years later - came another tiny magician, Lionel Messi. For a while, it seemed there was no successor in sight, but the latest news from Argentina shows a new kid on the block.

His name is Gaspar Biasin, and the only thing we know is he's still in those youth setups of the - brace yourself - seventh division side San Martin de Progreso.

In their match against Sarmiento, he scored a spine-tingling goal resembling some of Maradona's and Messi's artwork.

The images went viral through social networks until they reached prominent journalists such as Juan Pablo Varsky and some national media... Take a bow, son!

It should be remembered that San Martin de Progreso is the club where Emiliano Sala was raised as a footballer. Sala was a forward who died when the plane in which he was travelling to the city of Nantes in the English Channel crashed in 2019.
