The former AFC Leopards centre back completed a Ksh334 million move from Serbian side FK Vojvodina on transfer deadline day to the English Championship side.
The 22-year-old has already conducted a few training sessions with Charlton ahead of their Friday night clash against Queens Park Rangers, with Jones dishing out his early assessment of Sichenje.
'We're really happy with him. He's aggressive, he's front-footed, he's technically really good and he's available.' 🗣️

“He is a super athlete, being Kenyan. He might take a little time to adapt to English football and, secondly, Championship football.
But we are really happy with him. He’s technically gifted, front-footed, aggressive, and he’s available.
We are delighted with what we wanted to do, because he was our target in the summer, which has finally gone through despite transfers taking time,” Jones stated.
The former AIK Solna defender inked a three-and-a-half-year deal that will keep him at Charlton until 2029.
The 1947 FA Cup champions currently sit 18th in the Championship table with 35 points, 23 adrift of leaders Coventry City.
The Addicks will be seeking consecutive victories following their impressive 2-0 win over 2015/16 English Premier League champions Leicester City last weekend.
Charlton also aim to avoid a drop straight back to the English Football League (EFL) League One following their promotion last season, as they sit three points above the relegation zone.
Should they survive, they will aim to mount a promotion back to the Premier League nearly two decades after their 2006–07 appearance.
