Stoppage-time sadness for Barca as they slip against Betis

Blaugrana were 2-1 up until the dying seconds on Saturday night, before conceding a goal for a 2-2 draw

Real Madrid were torn apart at Bilbao a few nights ago, and now it was time for Barcelona to disappoint their fans. Instead of recording a back-to-back La Liga victory, Hansi Flick's side was held to a 2-2 draw by Real Betis at the Benito Villamarin.

The visitors were much better in the early stage of the game, being rewarded for that around the 40th-minute mark. Jules Kounde crossed it low for Robert Lewandowski, and the Polish striker continued his remarkable streak.

Just before the hour mark, Lo Celso cancelled that lead from the spot, but it was still far from over.

And Barca did their best to clinch an important victory, as Lamine Yamal sent an amazing through ball for Ferran Torres. His goal goal was originally ruled out for offside, before the decision was overturned by VAR.

However, just when it seemed that it will end in a win for the visitors, Assane Diao struck in the fourth minute of stoppage time.
