Al-Ittihad's Hamdallah threw a few drops of water towards the angry supporter, and the response was... wild
An angry fan literally whipped Al-Ittihad Moroccan striker Abderrazak Hamdallah from the stands during an argument after Thursday's Saudi Super Cup final.
This bizarre incident occurred during the award ceremony after Al-Hilal's 4-1 win over Al-Ittihad in Abu Dhabi.
The video shows Hamdallah reacting to the provocation of the individual wearing a thawb and in the stands close to the pitch.
Hamdallah, 33, a Morocco international, shouted at the spectator before throwing water at him. The spectator responded by reaching over the railing and hitting the Moroccan with a whip!?

Hamdallah had to be restrained as did some of his teammates and staff that tried to climb into the stands.
On the other hand, the man with a whip was escorted away by security personnel.
Hamdallah scored Al-Ittihad's only goal of the game having previously missed a penalty.
