One boost and injury concern for Sofapaka ahead of Sharks tie

Sofapaka will be boosted by the return of Said Tsuma to their midfield but will miss the services of Wilberforce Lugogo ahead of their Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) clash against Kariobangi Sharks on Wednesday.

Lugogo who joined the club at the start of the season from Bandari went under the knife following a niggly knee injury and is expected to be out for a while.
Tsuma missed the 1-1 draw against Bidco United over the weekend after receiving five yellow cards that led to his one-match suspension but will be back in contention for the clash.
Sofapaka revealed that all players bar Lugogo will be available for selection in the clash against Kariobangi Sharks with Tsuma returning.
“No injury concerns except for Wilberforce Lugogo who is recuperating from a knee surgery. However the team has been boosted by the return of midfielder Said Tsuma from suspension,” read a statement from the club’s official portal.

The former AFC Leopards midfielder has been instrumental for Sofapaka this season at the heart of midfield providing a defensive shield to their back four and also stringing forward passes to aid in attack.
The clash against Sharks is slated for a 3 PM kick-off at Utalii Grounds on Wednesday.
