Nketiah's fitness condition prevents him from playing, Trossard starts against Bournemouth

The talented forward picked a knock after coming on in the second half of the 4-0 thrashing of Everton in midweek

Although he assisted Gabriel Martinelli for his second and Arsenal's fourth goal in the trashing of Everton in midweek, Eddie Nketiah left the Emirates in pain.

That's why he won't start today against Bournemouth, with the Gunners' recent signing, Leandro Trossard, making his first starting XI appearance since joining the North Londoners from Brihgton.

Nketiah has become an important figure at Arsenal, leading the Gunners' title charge this season following Gabriel Jesus' injury. The English-born Ghanaian has scored seven goals across all competitions for Arsenal this season.

Meanwhile, another Ghanaian, Thomas Partey, is set to make his first start since returning from an injury which ruled him out for two weeks in February.
