Muhoroni Youth striker issues warning to rivals after win over Naivas

The win over Naivas took the former KPL Top 8 champions to position nine with six points in the NSL standings
Muhoroni Youth striker Edwin Ouko has sent a stern warning to other National Super League (NSL) teams after their win against Naivas.
Muhoroni hosted Naivas on Saturday October 12 in an early kick off.
Ouko and Tony Nyangor scored the Got Alila based club goals.
It was the second win of the season for the club and also the second in a row following a bad start to the NSL campaign that saw them lose their first two games.
Speaking after the match, goalscorer Ouko took the time to send a warning to all and sundry.
“I want to tell our next opponents and other trams to get ready, Got Alila is now changed. They will find it very difficult here,” he said.
The former Mara Sugar player attributed the win to the renewed teamwork in the side with one carrying their equal share of weight.
“I thank God for today's win. Team effort has been good and all the departments in the team worked well.”
Additionally, Ouko appreciated the impact of the team's supporters in finding their winning rhythm after relegation from the FKF Premier League.
“I just want to urge our fans to keep turning up in large numbers to our games and keep supporting us. Their support is very crucial to the team,” he added.
This was equally the second successive match in which Ouko scored after finding the back of the net in their match against MOFA .
“I am happy to have scored my second goal of the season, I'm very grateful and really want to promise that more is coming,” he stated.

Muhoroni Youth’s next NSL fixture is an away match against MCF on Saturday, 19th October as the chase for promotion continues.
