The Leopards have cut short engagements with their long serving member of team and coach Tom Juma, CEO Victor Bwibo, fitness trainer Vincent Macheda and goalkeeper's trainer Lawrence Webo.
AFC Leopards are set to announce their former midfielder Bernard Mang'oli as the new team manager following the promotion of Albert Wesonga to the office of club Chief Executive Officer.
Mang'oli started his playing career at the den in 2010 and went on to spend three years with the Kenya football heavyweights before leaving for Sofapaka where he spent a season then embarked at Ingwe.
He however did not stay long on his return as he then ditched the thirteen-time Kenya Premier League (KPL) champions to Bandari in 2016 before severing ties with the club in mid-season for a third stint at the Big Cats.
Mang'oli appointment comes in as Ingwe are on a series of changes following a catastrophic start to the season that has seen them winless in six matches played so far this term.
The Leopards have cut short engagements with their long serving member of team and coach Tom Juma, CEO Victor Bwibo, fitness trainer Vincent Macheda and goalkeeper's trainer Lawrence Webo.
And after long consideration, Mozzart Sport understands that the club hierarchy have opted for their former player Mang'oli as man to lead the new era at the den as they try and stabilize after a chaotic welcome to the 2023-24 campaign.
The former midfielder fills the void left by Wesonga who joined the den in 2022 from the now defunct Dandora Love and has been elevated to the seat of the club CEO following the exit of long serving Bwibo.
We understand Ingwe will task their former man with linking up the players and the office and the technical bench and making sure that the team prepares well in terms of early booking of stadiums and everything that is required to make the team better is worked on in time.
All the details of his return will be completed on Wednesday with the midfielder set to join on a full-time basis.
With the league on a brief recess for the international break, the playing unit is expected back to training under a new management with their next assignment pitting them against fellow strugglers Bandari FC on October 22 at Mbaraki sports club, Mombasa.
