Barcelona are looking for a new chef after the previous one was recently fired because Robert Lewandowski complained about the way he prepared - eggs?!
World-class football clubs are like machinery - everything has to work perfectly, and everyone has to do their part of the job ideally. Otherwise, even a small "malfunction" could jeopardize the entire system and most importantly team's results.
A good example of this policy comes from Barcelona, as the Catalans are searching for a new club chef after the previous one recently got fired. Why, you wonder? Well, because Robert Lewandowski did not like the way he prepared eggs!

Namely, the Pole did not like the previous chef's eggs and complained about them to the boss, Hansi Flick, who did not hesitate to demand a change from the management. The candidates for the position can already assume which dish they have to master to get the job and surmise who will test them.
However, the chef role at Barca obviously carries a lot of stress as you have to satisfy the tastes of dozens of people. If one of them is not happy - you're out. After all, just think of a poor man who got fired during the holiday season...
