De Bruyne clocked 45 minutes in a 2-1 victory over Serie B side Catanzaro
Kevin De Bruyne has successfully kicked off his Napoli tenure. After a surprising 2-0 loss in the maiden friendly game against Arezzo, KDB and his teammates registered a 2-1 win against Serie B side Catanzaro on Saturday.
The former Manchester City star clocked 45 minutes, as Antonio Conte put him in the starting XI with Lobotka in deep midfield. Raspadori, Neres and Lang were deployed in front of them, and Lorenzo Lucca was the only striker.

Raspadori was the one to put the favourites in front early on, and Lucca doubled the lead from the spot just two minutes later. The rivals could only peg one back after the break, but it stayed 2-1 on the scoreboard until the end.
De Bruyne was left in the locker room during the interval, while Romelu Lukaku came on after the break and also clocked 45 minutes afterwards.
