Kane rejected 100 million per season from Saudi Arabia

But he still has the relatively cheep release clause for a return to England
Harry Kane’s Munich story is truly remarkable. Not only has he finally ‘begun winning trophies — something he couldn’t manage with Tottenham — but he is also willing to stay longer at Bayern, with whom he has a contract until the summer of 2027. The England international has an even better goal-scoring average since joining the Allianz Arena giants two seasons ago, and if he continues like this, who knows what else he can achieve.
The fact that Kane has scored 102 goals with 29 assists in 105 appearances for Bayern in all competitions says it all. Nothing more needs to be added. This season alone, he has nearly twice as many goals as matches played, scoring 17 in nine outings. It’s no wonder he broke the record in Europe’s top five leagues, reaching 100 goals in just 104 games. In doing so, he broke the record held by Erling Haaland and Cristiano Ronaldo, both of whom needed 105 matches to hit the “century.” German media, above all Bild, report that wealthy Arab clubs are once again inquiring about Kane, especially those from Saudi Arabia. Bild editor Christian Falk stated on the show “Truth or Not” that Al Hilal had wanted to sign Kane two years ago with a 100 million-per-season offer over three years, but the Englishman rejected it.
Kane chose footballing glory over money. He won his first title with Bayern and now shows he is on the right path to win much more alongside Vincent Kompany’s squad. The stats show he has started this season explosively, averaging 1.70 goals per match — something he had never achieved before. At Tottenham, his best rate came in 2020/21, when he averaged 1.04 goals per match. At Bayern, his debut season was even better with 1.10 goals per game, last season ended at 0.96, but now he has gone far beyond that.
October is a time of celebration in Munich and Bavaria, and if Kane keeps ruthlessly finding the net, there will be hectoliters of beer flowing. Vincent Kompany has rotated quite a bit since the start of this season, but with Kane in such brilliant form, he is forced to keep relying on him. Thus, the Englishman will once again lead the champions’ attack today in Frankfurt. Nothing changes for Bayern. They have five wins out of five in the league with a 22:3 goal difference — everything is going perfectly. Eintracht plays hot and cold: they either win or lose, no middle ground. The pendulum has swung dangerously, from a Champions League defeat to Atletico (5–1), to a win against Borussia Monchengladbach (6–4), and then a loss to Union Berlin (4–3). They score plenty but concede plenty as well. It’s clear the hosts’ biggest headache will be figuring out how to stop Kane, but coach Dino Toppmoller has another problem: he definitely won’t be able to count on right-back Rasmus Kristensen, who injured his thigh in the match against Bayer Leverkusen. If the last two Bayern–Eintracht encounters are anything to go by, we’re in for a goal fest. Almost exactly a year ago, on October 6, 2024, at the same venue, it ended 3–3, while in February of this year in Munich it was 4–0 for Bayern.
