The former Mozzart Bet Cup winners maintain that Juma will only be sold if the valuation is met.
Clubs interested in signing Kakamega Homeboyz midfielder Hillary Juma will have to part with Ksh10 million, chairman Cleophas Shimanyula has affirmed.
Gor Mahia have turned to the youngster after missing out on Posta Rangers midfielder Brian Musa but Homeboyz have placed a massive financial hurdle for the Kenyan champions.
Shimanyula, who is privy to the developments regarding the transfer of the player, revealed that he will only let him leave if the valuation is met to the last coin.
This is not the first time Shimanyula is demanding hefty amounts for the release of Juma as he slapped a six million fee on the player in July last year, warding off clubs that were keen on acquiring his signature back then.
"Any team interested in signing him will have to pay ten million shillings. Anything less of the amount will not be accepted," Shimanyula told Mozzart Sport.
Juma, commonly known as Seba, joined Homeboyz in February last year from the defunct Wazito and helped the club clinch the Mozzart Bet Cup.
Another player linked with a move from Homeboyz is centre back Brian Eshihanda who, Mozzart Sport can confirm has offers in Kenya and beyond.
Meanwhile, Shimanyula has disclosed that there will be major changes in the club's technical bench before the start of the new season.
Last month, Homeboyz suspended their assistant coach Jeffers Odongo for reportedly being undisciplined, lifting the lid over potential power struggles in the bench or source of poor run in the second leg of the past season.
Abana Abeingo were fairly good in the first leg of the past term but had a largely underwhelming run in the final stanza, including failing to defend the Mozzart Bet Cup after losing 1-0 to KCB in the quarters.
Several coaches including veteran Edward Manoah are rumoured to be top targets for Homeboyz. Nairobi City Stars gaffer Nicholas Muyoti, who left the club three years ago, is also among those Homeboyz are considering.
"I can confirm that there will be major changes in our technical bench. Around three or four members will leave. We have resolved to bring in new faces who will get the club to the next level," added Shimanyula.
