He isn’t regular under Carrick, and he won’t be behind the wheel either

Thanks to speeding with his £170,000 Porsche Cayenne GTS, Man United defender Leny Yoro has been banned from driving for six months
Since he joined Manchester United in July 2024, Leny Yoro has had a rough time, just like the entire club. After all, when such a renowned side splashes out €62 million for a player, despite its financial crisis, the expectations of that acquisition are high.
Whether Yoro met them or not can be discussed, but one thing is certain - he had Ruben Amorim’s trust. He made 33 appearances last season in all competitions, and already reached the tally of 24 games in the current campaign.
And then the Portuguese left…
Since Michael Carrick’s arrival - which marked the start of United’s resurrection - the Frenchman clocked only 24 minutes in five games. The Red Devils are playing quite well without him, so there’s no reason for the gaffer to change anything. If something isn’t broken, don’t fix it, people say.
However, apart from his current role of a bench warmer, Yoro faces troubles off the pitch as well, given that he’s been banned from driving for six months, after speeding with his £170,000 Porsche Cayenne GTS.
🚨🚨| BREAKING: Leny Yoro has been 𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐃 from driving for six months after being caught at 112 km/h, nearly two and a half times the speed limit. He was fined £666.

According to the BBC, the 20-year-old was driving past homes and schools at 112 km/h, exceeding the speed limit by almost 2.5 times!
The same source states that the player apologized for the incident through his lawyer, claiming that he “was rushing to take a friend to the railway station”.
Either way, his driving status won’t change or improve in the following six months. He can only hope his playing will.
