In a statement released on the club’s official Facebook page, the record 21-time Premier League champions assured their loyal supporters that reimbursement processes would commence next week.

The club emphasised that only unused tickets would be eligible for a refund, urging fans to submit verification requests promptly.

The much-anticipated Mashemeji Derby, originally slated for Sunday, 11 May, was postponed due to the unavailability of a suitable venue to host the high-risk fixture.

The postponement left many fans disappointed after securing tickets for the showdown between Gor Mahia and their archrivals, AFC Leopards.

As part of the latest update, Gor Mahia has also unveiled ticketing information for the rescheduled 97th edition of the derby.

The fixture is now set to take place on Monday, 2 June at the newly refurbished Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay.

Tickets for the rescheduled match are now available for purchase via the online platform tikiti.co.ke, and the prices have been confirmed as Ksh3,000 for VIP and Ksh300 for regular tickets.
