The 4pm kickoff will be curtain-raised by a match between relegation-battling Bidco United and Bandari

The FKF Premier League round 29 continues today, Saturday 3 May 2025 with two matches lined up at the Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos.

Bidco United hosts coastal side Bandari FC before second placed Tusker FC welcomes Kenyan giants AFC Leopards in a match that will definitely have an impact in the title race.

Tusker FC vs AFC Leopards

The biggest match and highlight of the day will be the clash between Tusker FC and AFC Leopards that will kick off at 1600 hrs.

Tusker, who are second on the log standings with 51 points, will be angling for three points that would return them to winning ways and take them to the league summit, at least before Police FC gets to the pitch on Sunday 4 May.

The Brewers are in search of a league title to reclaim their glory, with their last title tracing back to the 2020/2021 season.

Charles Okere, who is on his debut season as a head coach in the league, is also fancying the idea of bagging the title on his first attempt.

For Leopards, this match provides them with an opportunity to increase their fortunes after breaking a seven-match winless streak with a 3-1 win over Bidco United.

The Kenyan giants who have since lost pace from the title chasing pack will now be aiming at finishing the league in the highest possible position.

Ingwe are responsible for Tusker's biggest loss of the season, a 4-1 victory when the two sides met on 11 December 2024 at Dandora Stadium.

Bidco vs Bandari

In the first match of the Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos double header, Bidco United hosts Bandari FC from 1300 hrs.

Bidco are in the relegation zone at 16th on the log with 27 points and therefore have more pressure to secure three points in the match than The Dockers, who are ninth, and just interested in finishing the league in a much better position.

The first leg meeting between the two sides at the cast on 10 November ended 2-0 in favor of Bidco, courtesy of two first half goals by Marvin Ochieng and Clinton Asiago in the 40th and 45th minutes respectively.
