The biggest highlight of the day will be the clash between Kenyan giants AFC Leopards and 12-time league champions Tusker FC.

Other matches of the day will see Kariobangi Sharks face Posta Rangers, Nairobi United tussle with Ulinzi Stars, and Kakamega Homeboyz entertain Bandari FC as Murang'a Seal battles Mathare United.

Ahead of today's matches, Gor Mahia is on top of the league table with 56 points, 10 points above Leopards at second, with Police FC closing the top three with 40 points.

At the bottom of the log lies Sofapaka with 15 points and is joined in the relegation zone by Ulinzi Stars and APS Bomet with 19 and 21 points, respectively.

AFC Leopards vs Tusker

Leopards will be under pressure to deliver a win when they face an untested Tusker FC at the Nyayo National Stadium from 1600 hrs.

With Gor Mahia defeating Shabana and opening a 10-point gap at the top of the table, the onus will be on Ingwe to equally secure a win and narrow the gap if they still harbor title ambitions.

Leopards head into the match on relatively good form, having won seven of their last 10 matches, although they have tasted defeat twice in their last five games.

Ingwe bounced back from their heavy 4-1 defeat to Mathare United last weekend with a professional 1-0 win over Nairobi United in midweek.

Tusker, on the other hand, has had a rejuvenated run since the appointment of French coach Julien Mette in mid-February.

Since suffering a 1-0 defeat to Shabana in his first match in charge, Mette has led Tusker to three straight wins and will be eyeing guiding the Brewers to a fourth consecutive win for the first time this season.

"The wins have helped to improve the mood in the dressing room, which is evident before and after training sessions. There is better communication between the players, and everyone is working hard to help the team.

It is a happy moment, and we will just maintain our philosophy and way of play to grab another win,” Mette told Tusker TV.

Kakamega Homeboyz vs Bandari

Mozzart Bet-sponsored Kakamega Homeboyz will host coastal side Bandari FC at the Bukhungu Stadium from 1400 hrs.

Fifth-placed Homeboyz have had a mixed season, posting inconsistent results, but have generally improved over the last five matches, where they have secured three wins.

However, they will be seeking to bounce back from their defeat to Tusker in their last match, at the expense of Bandari, who have won just one of their last six games and are 10th on the log.

Nairobi United vs Ulinzi Stars

Mozzart Bet Cup defending champions Nairobi United will welcome 2010 league champions Ulinzi Stars in the second match of a double header at the Police Sacco Stadium from 1500 hrs.

Naibois have posted mixed results in the league over the last five matches, including two wins, two draws, and a defeat in their last match against Leopards, leaving them ninth on the log with 33 points but with three games in hand.

They will be facing a Ulinzi side that has struggled this season, forcing them to sack two tacticians, but with little to show as they find themselves in the relegation zone.

The military men are on a nine-match winless streak that includes six defeats and will be chasing their first win in 2026.

Kariobangi Sharks vs Posta Rangers

2018 Mozzart Bet Cup champions Kariobangi Sharks will play host to Posta Rangers at the Police Sacco Stadium from 1300 hrs in what will be the opening match of the day.

After a poor first leg that left them in the relegation zone, the Sharks have had an improved second leg, including three wins in their last six matches, the latest being the away win over Shabana that now leaves them 14th on the log with 25 points.

While they are not yet off the hook, they have confidence as they face a Posta side that is a place and three points above them and managed to end an 11-match winless run with a 2-0 win over Police in their last match.

Murang'a Seal vs Mathare United

At St. Sebastian Park in Murang'a, sixth-placed Murang'a Seal will be seeking a return to winning ways when they host 13th-placed Mathare United from 1500 hrs.

Seals have had a decent home record, while Mathare will be out to build on their 4-1 victory over AFC Leopards.
