The 20-year-old Irish forward then fired high into the top of the net for his second before completing his hat-trick with a close-range finish. Finally, around the hour mark, he fired low into the bottom corner before being substituted soon after.
The match ended in a 9-0 triumph of Gian Piero Gasperini's side.
Ferguson joined Roma on loan from the Seagulls after struggling with injuries and loss of form in the past 18 months. Those were his first goals since November 2023.
