Each new day is another step towards Spurs' epic tragedy

Tottenham lose 0-3 at home to Nottingham Forest, dropping to the verge of the relegation zone
This looks like a never-ending agony!
Igor Tudor should send a box of the finest wine to Aston Villa's boss, Unai Emery, this Sunday. If it weren't for Emery and his Villans, who defeated West Ham United 2-0, Tottenham would have dropped straight down to the relegation zone. Awful Spurs are on a dreadful streak, which reached another low as they were battered at home by Nottingham Forest, 3-0!

The Tricky Trees celebrated a much-deserved, maybe crucial away win in their vigorous battle to stay in the Premier League, thus leapfrogging their rivals on the EPL table. And they did it against another EPL struggler. Funnily enough, both teams represented England in Europe until a few days ago (Nottingham are still in contention, though, facing Porto in the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals).
However, unlike Spurs, who disappointed their fans following a surprising draw at Anfield recently, Forest dug deep for their only eight EPL victory so far this season, but at what moment and in what fashion? Truly remarkable.

Igor Jesus opened the scoring in the dying seconds of the first half, affecting the game's momentum, and sending this match into the only possible direction - towards Tudor's misery. Despite some formidable names in the squad and the fact that they were playing Champions League football until a few days ago, the hosts had no visible game plan against Forest. Clueless and woeful, Spurs were miles away from creating any chances in the opposite box.
On the other hand, Morgan Gibbs-White and Taiwo Awoniyi made sure the visitors went home with a bag full of points and satisfaction, finding the back of the net through routine tap-ins following exquisite crosses from the left-hand side.
Minutes before the end, the stands of Tottenham's stadium were half-empty as home fans couldn't stand watching the agony of their beloved club, who's flirting with relegation for the first time in the history of the Premier League.
The long international break has just started, and it seems like the very last moment for Spurs' board to sack Tudor and find another coach, who would save them from utter disgrace.
