Spurs' keeper will apparently triple his Tottenham salary if he leaves the North London club and joins an unnamed outfit in the Middle East

Football is going through a one-of-a-kind transformation, maybe even a revolution, as filthy-rich Middle Eastern clubs fight for the signings of the world's most prominent players. And they're winning this game.

After Cristiano Ronaldo, who joined Al-Nassr, and Lionel Messi, whose name has been heavily attached to their nemesis Al-Hilal after the recent rumours, we have another, third big name on the Saudi wish list.

According to British media, Tottenham Hotspur and France custodian Hugo Lloris is weighing up his options after receiving a big-money offer from an unnamed Saudi Arabian club.

The offer is believed to see Lloris, 36, the Spurs captain, more than triple his £100,000-a-week wage! Lloris still has a year left on his contract and, after 11 years at the club, is not in a rush to leave.

Last month at Newcastle, the veteran shot-stopper suffered a season-ending thigh injury. However, he is said to be in good spirits despite his recent setbacks, but now has a big decision to make. He also has other offers to consider.
