On this final day, four exciting matches are lined up across the country at different venues.

Champions Police Bullets will conclude their season with a clash against Madira Soccer Assassins, Ulinzi Starlets take on Bungoma Queens, Kayole Starlets face Zetech Sparks, while Gideon Starlets battle Trinity Starlets.

Ahead of today's games, Police are already champions, sitting top of the table with 49 points, five more than second-placed Ulinzi Starlets, with Kibera Soccer coming a distant third with 34 points.

The Kisumu-based duo of Kisumu Allstarlets and Kisped Queens, who have already been relegated, are joined by another Nyanza outfit, Gideon Starlets, in the red zone with 14 points.

Kenya Police Bullets vs Madira Soccer Assassins

On their coronation day, Police will host Madira Soccer Assassins at the Police Sacco Stadium.

The law enforcers will be keen to finish the season in style by securing a win in front of their fans after a gruelling campaign that tested them on all fronts.

In their maiden season, the law enforcers won the league with several matches to spare and finished the season unbeaten, while last season they bagged the title on the final day.

This time round, they had to wait until the penultimate round to be confirmed as champions.

Speaking ahead of today's match, coach David Bujago reflected on the season with joy.

“It has been a tough season, but we fought hard to ensure we win it with one match to play, which is an improvement from last season,” said Bujago.

The experienced tactician, who joined Police at the start of the season from Kibera Soccer Women, also expressed his delight at his personal success.

“This is my first league title as a coach. I had really longed for it and came close with Kibera before I left for the national team and results started dwindling.

Nonetheless, this team is already used to league success, and as I said when I took over, the focus is on regional and continental assignments where we expect to have success,” he added.

For goalkeeper Annedy Kundu, she dedicated her success and that of the team to the club’s faithful.

“I am glad to have won the Golden Glove. It has been all about hard work as well as the support we have received in every game from the fans. We therefore want to conclude with a win in our last match of the season as a reward to them,” said Kundu.

Madira will also be seeking a win that would help them escape relegation and confirm their status in the league next season.

The Vihiga-based side are ninth on the log with 15 points, just one ahead of Gideon Starlets in the relegation zone, and are therefore in desperate need of a win.

Ulinzi Starlets vs Bungoma Queens

Second-placed Ulinzi Starlets will welcome Bungoma Queens at the Ulinzi Sports Complex for their final match of the season.

The military side, who pushed Police to the wire, will be keen to ease the disappointment of missing out on the title by winning their last match against a Bungoma side that sits eighth on the log with 19 points.

Gideon Starlets vs Trinity Starlets

Homa Bay-based Gideon Starlets are in a fight for survival and must win their match against Trinity Starlets if they are to avoid a return to the FKF Women National Super League (WNSL).

With 14 points, they must win and also hope that Police avoid defeat against Madira in the other fixture. With an inferior goal difference compared to Madira, not even a draw would save Gideon’s chances.

Trinity, on the other hand, are looking for at least a draw to secure a third-place finish, which has been their target.

Kayole Starlets vs Zetech Sparks

In the other match of the day, league newcomers Kayole Starlets will take on varsity side Zetech Sparks at Dandora Stadium.

Kayole are currently sixth on the log with 22 points, while Zetech are seventh with 19 points.
