Bayern's race against themselves and Kane's race against time

The Bavarians need several more wins to officially seal the Bundesliga crown, while the injured English striker needs 10 more goals to break Robert Lewandowski's record
The international break is over, and it did not bring good news for Bayern Munich, as Harry Kane has returned from England injured.
The Three Lions' captain has experienced some ankle issues, which prevented him from featuring in the national team's friendly games against Uruguay and Japan, nor will he be in the Bavarians' squad for today's league duel against Freiburg (16.30).
Given that Kane's understudy, Nicolas Jackson, is suspended, Vincent Kompany will have minor headaches regarding the center-forward position, though Serge Gnabry, Lennart Karl, Michael Olise, and Luis Diaz are good enough to fill the gap.
However, as much as the Englishman's absence affects Bayern, it affects the striker himself even more and his quest to break Robert Lewandowski's Bundesliga record for most goals in a single season, set five years ago, when the amazing Pole scored 41 goals in 34 league matches.

Kane is currently on 31 goals and, excluding the clash in Freiburg, which he'll definitely miss, he has six more games to find the net 11 times, providing he recovers soon.
So, while the Bavarians are practically racing against themselves, the 32-year-old is in a race against time, and sometimes time is the toughest to beat.
