Randal Kolo Muani is one of the leading candidates to replace Arsenal's injured Starboy - at least until the end of the season

Arsenal can't catch a break. It seems that just when one key player recovers from an injury, the other gets sidelined. Mikel Merino, Riccardo Calafiori, Ben White, Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard... They have all been injured at some point since the beginning of the season, and just when the captain returned to the team, the Gunners lost their Starboy, Saka, once more, as well as his understudy Raheem Sterling.

The initial predictions are not good, given that Saka could reportedly be out until March. Hence, Arsenal's management has to start working immediately and begin the search for the Englishman's replacement. According to The Standard, it could come from Paris, as PSG's Randal Kolo Muani is on the Gunners' radar.

The Frenchman has long been unhappy in the capital of France as the Saints' boss, Luis Enrique, does not count on him anymore, and the French champions are trying to find a loan deal for the forward as soon as possible. The Standard claims that Arsenal - among others - will be offered a chance to bring Kolo Muani on loan until the end of the season.

However, even if the 26-year-old arrives in London, his capability of replacing Saka will be highly doubtful. After all, the Englishman has made 24 appearances this season, noting nine goals and 13 assists, while Kolo Muani played only 54 matches, crowned with 11 goals and seven assists since he joined Paris Saint-Germain in September 2023.
