Once on the radar of Europe’s top clubs, now wanted by no one – alongside Rashford, the Red Devils have written off another player
Jadon Sancho appears to be heading toward yet another change of scenery. Neither Aston Villa, where he is currently on loan, nor Manchester United seem interested in keeping the 25-year-old beyond this season. With only eight appearances and no goal contributions, his spell in Birmingham looks set to end prematurely, possibly as soon as the January window.
The former Dortmund standout seems to be preparing for the next chapter already. According to CaughtOffside, Sancho spent the international break in Istanbul, meeting with officials from Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, and Besiktas to gauge potential moves for the winter.
🚨 Jadon Sancho is in discussion with three of Turkey's biggest clubs regarding a permanent January move away from Manchester United.

He is reportedly open to lowering his wage demands — but only if specific conditions are met: a guaranteed place in the starting lineup, consistent communication with the club’s hierarchy, and participation in European competition.
Because his Manchester United contract expires this summer, the transfer fee involved would be relatively small. However, any club wanting him would still have to factor in a hefty signing bonus. For Borussia Dortmund — where Sancho once dazzled with 53 goals and 67 assists across 158 matches — the total cost is difficult to justify at the moment. Still, BILD reports that the club is keeping close tabs on the situation.
His time at Manchester United stands as one of the club’s most regrettable moves in recent history. Signed for 85 million euros in 2021, Sancho never reached the heights he enjoyed in Germany, and multiple loan spells have failed to revive his form. Turkey’s Super Lig, though, could offer the reset he needs.
Galatasaray is currently viewed as the frontrunner: Champions League ambitions, strong domestic form, and the ability to meet Sancho’s expectations. Even so, Fenerbahce and Besiktas are not out of the picture.

With Italian, German, and Spanish clubs stepping back due to his wage demands, an Istanbul move is becoming increasingly likely.
Another winter saga for Sancho — and this one could mark his farewell to the Premier League for good.
