Amorim's underwhelming achievement - Second-fastest manager to reach 15 EPL defeats

Excluding coaches of newly promoted sides, only one gaffer in Premier League history needed fewer games to record 15 losses than Man United boss
The previous season was terrible for everyone around Man United - from the co-owner Jim Ratcliffe and the management, to the players, and the head coach, Ruben Amorim, wasn't an exception.
The Portuguese was appointed last November to replace Erik ten Hag and wake up the team, but his spell with the Red Devils turned out to be even worse. However, after a pretty active June Transfer Window and several respectable signings like Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Sesko, the fanbase expected a step forward at the beginning of the new Premier League campaign.
Nevertheless, the opening EPL round was the "same old, same old" for the Old Trafford crew as Arsenal conquered the Theatre of Dreams, beating Amorim's lads 1-0. United were a better team and played pretty well, but in the end, the final score is the only thing that matters.
The defeat to the Gunners was Amorim's 15th since he sat on the Red Devils' bench in his 28th game, as he became the second-fastest manager to reach so many setbacks in England's top tier, excluding gaffers of newly promoted sides.
15 - Ruben Amorim has now lost 15 of his 28 Premier League games (W7 D6) – this is the fastest a manager has reached 15 defeats in the competition, without taking charge of a newly promoted team in that period, since Paul Hart with Portsmouth in 2009 (27 games). The only worse head coach in this sense was Paul Hart, who needed one match less to reach the "magical" number of losses leading Portsmouth in 2007.
Apart from 15 defeats, Amorim recorded seven wins and six draws, winning only 27 out of a possible 84 points!
Truth be told, Arsenal are much more experienced and, most importantly, confident team at the moment, so the loss to them isn't a huge blow. But the following few EPL rounds and United's clashes against Fulham and Burnley should give fans more reasons to rejoice.
Otherwise, they may start doubting the Portuguese's quality and knowledge.
