The events in the tunnel after the clash between AC Milan and Como were apparently much more interesting than the game itself
Last night, AC Milan and Como shared spoils at San Siro (1-1), a result that cannot satisfy either side. The Rossoneri failed to close the gap on table-toppers Inter Milan, while the newcomers to the league lost ground on Juventus in the Champions League race.
Tensions were high at the pitch, and everything culminated in the 79th minute, when Como boss Cesc Fabregas pulled Alexis Saelemaekers' shirt. Massimiliano Allegri stepped in to defend his player and was eventually sent off by referee Maurizio Mariani, while the Spaniard went unpunished.

The Final Outcome: Not even a booking for Fabregas, but a red card for Max Allegri. 🤯
How can we compete in a league this badly officiated?

However, the conflict between the two managers continued after the match in the tunnel, and some pretty fierce words could be heard.
According to TUTTO mercato WEB, the two clashed before entering the press room at San Siro, and journalists could clearly hear insults and swear words.
"You're a kid, you're an idiot, you're a kid who started coaching the day before yesterday," Allegri reportedly told Fabregas before several staff members separated him and the Spanish tactician.
In the press conference, both managers were much calmer as Cesc apologized for his behaviour towards Saelemaekers, while his older colleague praised his work as a young coach, blaming it all on his lack of experience.
Nevertheless, this case is a good example of how the passion for football can make people completely lose their minds and forget their manners.
